Direct Mail Campaigns

From time to time Box Broadband will send out Direct Mail offers and collateral that will have particularly expiry deadlines on. It is of importance to ensure that deals and offers are initiated from before this end date set or else the offer may not be accepted in conjunction with the direct mail advertising. It is important to note the particular terms and conditions where specified releate to the particular package either Box Home or Box Community. Where a Box Private offer is circulated it will clearly be advertised as such and Box Private Customers will not be able to use offers for Box Home or Box Community packages. It is also worth noting that these offers can only be used if you are a new customer to Box Broadband and are not already in contract.

Social Media Campaigns

Box Broadband will periodically post regarding particular campaigns. The Rules of Engagement will be clearly specified in the copy of the image/post that is supplied on the individual social media sites. Where specified for a particular prize to be won, the entry criteria must clearly be followed for a chance to enter the prize round. Prize rounds will be hosted by Box Broadband and will be drawn using automated software to ensure that no bias or prejudice is given to any particular entry. Deadlines for Social Media Campaigns must clearly be followed or else the entry may not be counted.
